The Hall is the largest room at Ruths Hotel and are used on a daily basis for serving the buffet breakfast.
Salen is the largest venue at Ruths Hotel and it is daily used for serving breakfast.
When Ruths Hotel is organizing some of our great or traditional events, Salen acts as an extension of Ruth's Gourmet and therefore there is space for nearly 100 guests.
The interior of Salen is with modern facilities, where the atmosphere of exclusivity combined with the historic seaside hotel in the form of wooden floors, white painted chairs and portraits of the Ruths family. The room is adorned in addition also of a very beautiful treasure in the form of a PH-grand piano from 1931
Function Room
If Salen is used as a function room, we can seat up to 64 guests at round tables and up to 80 guests at long tables . Ruths Hotel has hosted several weddings and birthday parties, where after a dinner in the hall, the guests have rounded off the evening with coffee or music and dance in Ruths Gourmet or in the Brasserie.
The hall can be divided in half with a curtain, creating a more intimate atmosphere. It is then ideal for groups of 10-24 guests.
Conference room
If the hall is used as a meeting room, the AV equipment can be lowered from the ceiling with a large screen. With a table arranged with school benches, there is room for more than 40 people and with tables arranged in a U-shape, the capacity is 27 meeting participants.
If group work is required between the presentations, the Philip-Sørensen Lounge and Lounge 2 are located in the same building.
